L.I.F.E – Living Intentionally Forever Emerging – Book Launch Event!

I had the pleasure of organising the book launch of L.I.F.E – Living Intentionally Forever Emerging by Michelle Jones; held at The Brookmill.

What a wonderful day and an amazing turnout!  A lot of hard work and love went into this and an amazing pay off that inspired and rilled true emotional inspiration.  A huge shoutout to DeejayL.Brown for providing great music! The lovely Stephanie of SB Oils for her wonderful hair oil samples to which admittedly I am addicted to!

L.I.F.E.aims to help women who are living with depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem due to trauma. It can serve as a confidence and empowerment coach, exploring areas such as self-love and value, friendships, relationships, home, health, finance, and personal development. The text also focuses on the Word of God, prayer points, wise words, declarations to be spoken with true conviction, and simple actions. Michelle has not only provided a book that moves the individual to want to achieve abundance and fulfilment for themselves but her presentation really moved many of us to tears and to want to do the absolute best for ourselves.

I think this book should be in women’s shelters and schools alike for both male and females; it can inspire and support so many and should be on every coffee table!

Purchase L.I.F.E on Amazon for £20.99 also available on Kindle for £2.99

High Street haul New Look …again !

Hey loves a few pieces I purchased from good old New Look again!  My frill hem jumpsuit was a steal at £12 in their recent sale and my flouncy jumpsuits both £22.99 are trendy workwear investments. A textured blazer as seen in these link(s) is what I think will go so well with these particular items, so kindly advised by friend and amazing stylist Chantelle Znideric.

My bardot inspired bodysuit £17.99 feels so lush on and just gives me that va-va voom, without really making too much effort, looking forward to the warmer months so I can rock this outfit, preferably in kitsch pub with a large glass of rosé!

Bonbon Point Kitten Heel Sock Boots

Aren’t these little winkle pickers, as I like to call them just so cute !  Can’t wait to get my hands on them !  £32 at Topshop

Specific beauty for everyone ‘The Ordinary’

A. Magnesium Ascerbyl Phosphate 10% – £7.80

B. Glycolic Acid 7% toning solution – £6.80

C. Hylaronic Acid 2% – £5.90

The Ordinary, what can I say about this new awesome find, recommended to me by a friend.  Although I think it is too early to say that I am a die hard fan I can’t see myself backtracking as its a regime added to your current one but more specific to your individual needs.

This line is very specific and you have to literally do your scientific research but with the help of the awesome staff in their store you can ask all the necessary questions. I visited  “The Abnormal Beauty Company’ aka “Deciem’,  Spitalfields, I know I wanted items that hydrated, deep cleansed and toned to reduce the appearance of pores and so far so good !

These products are pleasantly packaged and so reasonably priced I feel like I will get addicted!!  The best thing for me to do is give the products 6 weeks as advised to see how I look though I am seeing the results already, yay !

Making up !

I was going to be adventurous and do my first make -up video but thought I’d keep it to pictures for now.  I wanted to let you in on a crazy splurge I had for make-up I don’t actually need but really wanted.

Frustratingingly I happen to be one of those people whose not catered to in Rihanna’s 40 shades; unfortunately I have to mix the shades 380 and 390 though admittedly I love this line.

I took a trip to Harvey Nicks and got colour matched and purchased all the items well a good few of what I’ve been coveting.  I’m absolutely in love with the highlighter duo and my Match Stix which I used as eyeshadow and lipstick and blusher, so what’s my end verdict? Well I have some really lovely investment pieces that will last ages and I’m so glad I’ve brought my cosmetics collection into the 21st century Fenty Beauty has a happy customer who when she wants to make a little more effort she’s fully tooled to do so !
