L.I.F.E – Living Intentionally Forever Emerging – Book Launch Event!

I had the pleasure of organising the book launch of L.I.F.E – Living Intentionally Forever Emerging by Michelle Jones; held at The Brookmill.

What a wonderful day and an amazing turnout!  A lot of hard work and love went into this and an amazing pay off that inspired and rilled true emotional inspiration.  A huge shoutout to DeejayL.Brown for providing great music! The lovely Stephanie of SB Oils for her wonderful hair oil samples to which admittedly I am addicted to!

L.I.F.E.aims to help women who are living with depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem due to trauma. It can serve as a confidence and empowerment coach, exploring areas such as self-love and value, friendships, relationships, home, health, finance, and personal development. The text also focuses on the Word of God, prayer points, wise words, declarations to be spoken with true conviction, and simple actions. Michelle has not only provided a book that moves the individual to want to achieve abundance and fulfilment for themselves but her presentation really moved many of us to tears and to want to do the absolute best for ourselves.

I think this book should be in women’s shelters and schools alike for both male and females; it can inspire and support so many and should be on every coffee table!

Purchase L.I.F.E on Amazon for £20.99 also available on Kindle for £2.99

She’s getting organised :)

So I’ve been going through a tumultuous time and have decided it’s time to get really and truly organised in my life. I wanted to share where I’m at so far in my road to becoming more organised and thus reaping the maximum out of life in general, nurturing my wellbeing.   It’s a one day at a time thing, though slowly, slowly I’m getting there !

I’ve invested in an awesome planner and a cute box file for all my bills and paperwork, nothing too fancy dancy and easy on the pocket.  Moving from a shoulda, woulda, coulda mentality to a ‘just do it’ mentality !

A.  Box file A4 £4 Wilkinsons only downfall with this file is that it doesn’t come with labels for each compartment. So will have to improvise !

B. Heidi Swapp planner £30 Craftelier genuinely loving everything about this planner so far though I’m just getting started planning everything from frequent blogposts, (looking towards every Tuesday and Thursday), industry events and meetings, dr’s appointments to new recipes and my soon to be started keep fit programme.  I chose this particular style so I could speak into existence that life is precious and can be good… it’s what you make it !

C. Heidi Swapp planner stickers £2.95 accessorise, accessorise, accessorise… you can grab stickers, clips, stamps, and so much more to customise your planner additionally you can grab more bits for it from places like Paperchase, Wilkinsons and WH Smith.

D. Heidi Swapp planner stamps £5.97 adding depth and creativity to my planner bit by bit will add depth and make my planner unique to me !

In 2012 I embarked on a project to style actors for a trailer based on podcast story “This Paper World”.

Here I get to share some stills with you from the ah-mazing team I worked with and the looks I managed to acheive.  I also wanted to say a massive thanks and a true appreciation to all designers and companies that allowed me to showcase their work .  Without you I wouldn’t  have acheived my goals, I hope we can work together again.  Thank you SO MUCH !!!!!
